In Her Shoes: Psyche of Economy of Style Shows Off the Knee-High Frances Boot

Psyche Southwell has been slaying the style game lately thanks to our Frances boot (and that incredible smile, of course). Not only a fashion blogger, she is also a full-time social science researcher and winner of Redbook’s 2015 Real Women Style Awards. Psyche wears a lot of (figurative) hats–but really rocks her one favorite boot, the Frances. The St. Kitts native and current Saint Louisan recently paired the knee-high kicks with what will literally be our uniform through March: black leggings, bold top and even bolder outerwear. We love how Psyche makes every outfit sparkle–and the boot always look different–despite essentially using this same style formula. She knows how to rock unexpected color pairings, mixed prints and glam extras by day, all with the easy confidence of one who grew up amidst the brilliant tropical hues of a Caribbean paradise.

Says Psyche about the Frances: “I own this pair in black, but when you find a perfectly fitting, uber comfortable, super sleek pair of boots that you wear all cold season long, it makes sense to get them in another color. This Banana Bread color makes them a perfect complement to my fall style this year.”
