Healthy Habits: How to Make the Perfect Chia Bowl

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it can be hard to enjoy–and not always healthy–when we’re racing out the door to get to work on time. Now that we have discovered the Chia bowl, however, we’re singing a different tune. Delicious one-dish meals like ramen and pho are the latest craze, and now, with our exclusive breakfast recipe, we can get a nutrient- and energy-packed bowl first thing in the AM. For active and health-conscious ladies like us who practically live in our BZees Tender lace-up sneakers, the Chia bowl promises everything we need for a quick and balanced start to our morning, complete with coloroful kiwi and mixed berries! Check out our recipe below.

Chia breakfast bowl

1/2 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup kiwis
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup sugar-free granola
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Chia seeds
2 tbsp. coconut flakes

Mix Chia seeds and coconut flakes into Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Top with granola and fruit. Enjoy!
